How Rebate Works
Cash Back Rebate Program for Real Estate Purchases! You can earn a rebate equal to 25% of my buyer agent commission amount with my Cash Back Rebate Program. For example, on a home you purchase for $300,000 your rebate would be $2,250! Available on all homes listed for sale - even if it is listed with another real estate firm - my rebate also applies to new construction homes and condos. The concept is simple. SECOND . . Pre-qualify for a Loan - The first step I'd like you to take is to find out what you can comfortably afford. This will pre-qualify you for the loan you take out to purchase your new home. By pre-qualifying, you are able to move quickly on a home you like by placing an offer. Being pre-qualified tells the seller you are serious about buying because you've taken the necessary steps to show that you are capable of financing the house you want. You may quickly and easily pre-qualify for your loan online through my preferred lender, Matt Stanley (801) 518-4595 of Bank of America. This does NOT contractually bind you to this institution for your home's financing. You are free to choose whichever lender you feel most comfortable working with for your home loan. THIRD . . You will do the initial legwork of home searching on the internet, driving by your home choices, and narrow down your choices.. FOURTH . . Once you have narrowed down that list of potential homes to a reasonable number (usually 12 or less), I will setup a time to show you the home interiors that you were not able to see on your own. REMEMBER: Never contact the listing agent, as this will VOID your rebate. I must set the appointment to show you the property. If you choose to purchase a "NEW Construction" home from a builder, I must be present on your first visit, or your rebate may be void! I will rebate you an amount equal to 25% of my "buyers agent commission" but I must be present when you register during your first visit. The new home builder typically has a 3% realtor commission built into every new home they build. If it is not used, it is lost. Time is saved since you work with the builder directly, and as a result I pass part of my commission to you as a rebate. PLEASE NOTE: Because of the length of time (usually 3-5 months) and additional work necessary, I cannot offer a rebate on the purchase of any REO (Bank Owned property), Short Sale, or Forclosure property.
