Using the same $300,000 sales price with 3% to the Buyer's Agent, INSIGHT REALTY shares the $9,000 commission with you the buyer.
You will receive a gift amount equal to 25% of my "Buyer's Agent Commission" as a credit towards your closing costs.

Rebate is available on all homes listed for sale - even homes listed with another real estate firm - also applies to new construction homes and condos.**Rebate is not available on "short sales" or bank owned properties because of the greatly increased time dealing with banks (normaly 3-5 months before bank even responds to your offer)
